We hear so much about entitlement. But how often do we talk about anti-entitlement?
How many people do you know know who have decided, in their hearts, that they don’t deserve a seat at the table?
How many hard working people do you know who will believe in anyone else’s dream but their own?
How many talented and smart people do you know who don’t believe that they, too, are worthy of success?
There are enough people out there willing to tear you down. There are enough people willing to point out your flaws. The last thing you need is to become so critical of yourself that you don’t even step out onto the field.
